Once a week, check whether the structure of each part of the equipment can still meet the playing requirements. If any screws are loose or damaged, they should be eliminated and improved immediately before playing.

Inspection of key components

Before each use, check all parts of the fastener that are prone to wear and loosening, the wire rope on the corresponding rod, the wire rope clip, the pulley parts, the turnbuckle for the wire rope, and the bow shackle. When the wear and tear of safety equipment exceeds one-tenth of the original number, it should be updated: if the wire rope has broken strands, it should be replaced, tightened and locked when the number of broken strands exceeds one-tenth of the total number of strands of the wire rope

Anti-corrosion treatment of metal parts

Columns and beams are subjected to anti-corrosion treatment every six months; the welded parts of the wire rope lugs should be inspected once a month; when the corrosion depth exceeds one-tenth of the steel pipe wall thickness, they should be replaced. The hoop of the horizontal bar should be checked before each training session to see if it is moving freely on the crossbar. If it is found that it is difficult to move, it should be lubricated in time.

Butter on time

Wire rope should be greased at least every six months. Expansion equipment manufacturers believe that the corners and welds of all equipment should be anti-corrosion treatment in spring and autumn every year, and anti-corrosion treatment in wet and rainy places before the rainy season. All instruments undergo anti-corrosion treatment every two years.
